Safety Recall Affects 12,000 Mazda CX-60 Models

Mazda Australia has issued a safety recall for approximately 12,000 CX-60 models built between March 2024 and November 2025, due to a potential issue with the rear suspension control arm.

The recall notice states that a manufacturing defect in the control arm bushing could lead to premature wear, potentially affecting vehicle stability under heavy braking.

Affected owners will be contacted directly, with Mazda covering all repair costs. The fix involves replacement of both rear control arms and an alignment check, taking approximately two hours.
